Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original Glitters branded box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film is intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
